A homage to one of the most influential cocktail bartenders, Jerry Thomas, inspired by his original bitters recipe from the 1800's. It contains among other things, crystalised ginger, tangerine oil and almond essence. Recommended in a Manhattan.

Very fruity and very bitter. Citrus and dried fruit aromas unite with the spicy and bitter flavors of cloves, Angostura bark, and cinnamon.
