Blankbottle is a lesson on the gap between what we think we like and what we like. Using science and neurological studies to make the winemakers personal “perfect” wine blend of any white wine they found in their cellar.

An impressive combination of Chenin Blanc, Verdelho, Clairette Blanche, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier grapes. The winery chooses to blend their Orbitofrontal Cortex bottles in a way that is their favourite, not always the most conventional. Think of it like an experiment.
