Bodegas Altolandon Enrosado de Altolandon 2021

Aromatic, with fresh stonefruits and delicately textured mouthfeel - Delightful with fresh fish or anything tempura battered.

Garnacha Gris from young vines planted on stony limestone soils is manually harvested and gently handled to ensure quality and integrity of the fruit prior to vinification. The wine is made from only the first pressing of the grapes and this must is fermented spontaneously by native yeasts in 6000L stainless steel tanks. The wine is naturally stabilised by storing at ambient temperature over the cold winter months. No sulfites are added at any point of vinification or bottling.

Official Tasting Notes
Pale pink in colour. Elegant, sweet flavours of stone fruit, apricot, yellow plums, some red fruit and citrus that adds freshness. Star anise spice develops on the palate, with a full and well-rounded mouth feel and bright mineral texture. Refreshing and delicious.
