El Palacio 2019 75cl

This single-vineyard Rioja is a field blend of Tempranillo, Graciano and Viura, in proportions that change each vintage dependent on the relative yields of each variety. The vineyard, "Finca El Palacio", was planted in 1969 at an elevation of 494 metres above sea level on Clay-Limestone soils and consists of three terraces with diffent aspects and exposure to sunlight. The bush vines of this estate are surrounded by local vegetation, Elm and Pine trees. Nestled amongst the terraces is Bodega Luis Cañas' cellar and tasting room, called "El Mirador".
