The complexity in a glass of sherry comes from many different influences. The barrel, where the wine is made and aged, the use of older and younger sherries to give richness and freshness. 

This sherry is a great example of these elements, made and aged for an average of 12 years in Sanlucar de Barrameda, giving coastal and rich notes.

Official Tasting Notes
Old gold in colour, this wine has a pungent and aromatic bouquet, reminiscent of the sea breeze from the Andalusian coastline. This is a classic Amontillado from Sanlucar. Hazelnuts come forward on the palate, with a light and attractive acidity. This wine is appreciated for its fineness and elegance, and has a long, dry finish.
