This estate is nestled in a beautiful rural area close to Odena, part of Finca can Macia. The small scale vineyard settles under the influence of the river Anoias, surrounded by spacious lands with woodlands and other field crops, such a beautiful place! As soon as you are entering the pretty walled garden shaded by trees, then the pushing the door of the main building, you are travelling back in time...old Spanish artifacts on the wall, swords, pistols, conquistadors' armours, hunting trophies, traditional furniture and a lovely small museum about the way of living in the past. This is history from the last generations of the family.
Food PairingManchego and Parmesan
Staff Tasting Notes Great nose with juicy ripe fruits, peach, pineapple, fresh runny honey, complemented with floral & toast notes. The palate express itself with soft creamy touch, a bit full but with zippy lime, with subtle anis and guava hints. Great freshness and balance display by only 3gr of dosage, interesting Cava with classy and interesting maturity sides made by 30 months ageing with a very clean and mineral finish. Delightful, a great Cava for sipping and can easily be part of fine cuisine.
