Classic, bold and weighty. Bursting with ripe orchard fruit, spiced brioche and walnuts - Don't let their ubiquity fool you, Bollinger remains one of the greats.

A full-bodied Champagne consisting of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, with over 85% of the grapes coming from grand and premier cru vineyards. Many of these vineyards are owned by Bollinger themselves, something of a rarity in modern Champagne production.

This Non-vintage consists predominantly of reserve wines, aged for 5-15 years prior to blending and it is bottled with a dosage of 7-8 g/L.

Nose – A beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches.

Palate – A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.
