Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait 37.5cl

Truly one of the great beers of all time, this can be considered Brouerij Boon's Grand Cru offering.

Mariage Parfait is the perfect marriage of only lambic aged in casks for over three years, as opposed to the more typical Gueuze/Geuze formula of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic. The result is a far mellower geuze than most, as oxidative maturation has softened the acidity of this sour beer, while developing a greater complexity.

This beer makes for a delightful aperitif and pairs exceptionally well with artichoke hearts, sun-blush tomatoes and goat's cheese.
