The addition of wild Scottish honey lifts the smooth richness and adds floral notes to this unparalleled barley wine.
Pensador roasts their 100% organic Espadin Agave in an earthen ground oven with mesquite and guamuche to imbue the spirit with a delicate smokiness. This batch was then distilled during the winter months which takes a bit longer, but also brings out light citrus, grape and stone fruit notes.
