Sublime unfiltered Manzanilla from Blanco Bros’ Pepe & Paco at their bodega in El Hornillo, outside of Sanlúcar. The en Rama is a selection of the most interesting butts in the Manzanilla Solera, bottled with average 8 years ageing. Bitter almond flor notes, with a salty marine character. Lemony acity & hints of chamomile. Lovely.
