Callejuela Pedro Ximenez

A sticky and sweet PX from Callejuela. Full notes of dried fig, liquorice and raisin, with fresh cut ginger spice, which balances the sweetness. Callejuela’s Blanco Bros’ Pepe & Paco farm 28 ha of their own vineyards, ageing their terrific sherries at the bodega in El Hornillo, just outside of Sanlúcar. Their P.X. is aged an average 4 years.
