Callejuela’s Blanco Bros’ Pepe & Paco farm 28 ha of their own vineyards, ageing their terrific sherries at the bodega in El Hornillo, just outside of Sanlúcar. Their P.X. is aged an average of 4 years.

Sticky & sweet, giving intense notes of dried fig, raisins & liquorice, balanced by a fresh-cut ginger spiciness.
