Intriguingly complex with a nice weight on the palate, yet fresh and pure - An ideal pairing for a range of petiscos.

An exceptional expression of the clay schist soils of the Casa Relvas estate in central Alentejo. 100% hand harvested Arinto is native yeast fermented in amphora with 60 days of skin contact and full malolactic fermentation. The wine is then further aged on lees in amphora for 3 months.

Food Pairing
Iberian cured fish and meats. Everything from jamon to boquerones

Official Tasting Notes
Smoky and spicy aromas with some notes of eucalyptus. Dry with silky tannins, medium body. Quite earthy with nice freshness and minerality.
