Casa Relvas Herdade de Sao Miguel Branco 2023

Rich, bright and long, with tropicality and minerality - A good pairing for richer fish and seafood dishes.

A blend of Verdelho, Viognier, Antão Vaz and Arinto grown on the clay and schist soils of the Casa Relvas estate in Alentejano. 

The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and pressed under vacuum. The must is then split, with half fermented in stainless steel vats, and half in 400L French oak barrels. The oak fermented portion is aged for 4 months prior to recombination and bottling.

Official Tasting Notes
Complex aromas of tropical fruit and white flowers well integrated with notes of butter and coconut. Lively attack, a fine acidity, a full body and a distinctive minerality with excellent harmony and a long and well-balanced finish.
