Casa Relvas Redondo 2020

Ripe and generous with sharp, structural acidity and a fresh herbaceousness - pairs perfectly with any red meat.

A hand-picked selection of mainly Aragonez, Trincadeira and Castelão from Redondo D.O.C. in Alentejo. The fruit is macerated and co-fermented in stainless steel tanks using native yeast, followed by malolactic fermentation and 12 months of ageing in 5000L French oak foudres.

Official Tasting Notes
Very aromatic, with herbaceous and balsamic notes. Rich and complex with a very elegant acidity, aromas of red fruits, spices and hints of balsam.
