A very exciting champagne from the archives of Collard-Picard. This is a high quality sparking wine made from chardonnay and pinot-noir grapes. All of their wines aged im wood with no malolactic fermentation.

Official Tasting Notes Exclusively from grand cru sites, this is Collard-Picard's top champagne, produced from a tiny plot of vines that suffer fanleaf virus, resulting in particularly small yields of astonishingly high quality, concentrated berries. Aged for 30 months in barrel and in bottle for many years prior to release, this is a foodie champagne for sure rather than as an aperitif, and we highly recommend a large bowl glass than a flute to enjoy it at its best. One to perhaps muse over slowly at the end of a meal, allowing its richly fruited toffee apple and torn brioche flavours to emerge and develop. Just 2g dosage.
