Maturation occured in a combination of ex-Rye casks, first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks, and new Chinkapin oak casks, and it has been bottled without added colour or chill filtration. The result of this exacting process is a decadent, lightly peated dram full of dark fruit and spice notes.
