Extrait Gourmand Rose Brut NV 75cl

Delicious pale pink rosé, based on a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Noir (14% of the total wine is Pinot Noir vinified as still red vinified as Coteaux Champenois). The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation prior to bottling, which contributes lovely creamy notes to compliment the ripe strawberry and cherry fruit. There are also nuances of dried fruit, mango, vanilla and a hint of black pepper. Full, juicy, and ripe, with 9.5g/l dosage.
