Lively and energetic, with a fresh bouquet of stonefruit and orchard fruit, a generous autolytic palate of sweet pastry and a gentle yet persistent bubble structure - An excellent value aperitif Champage.

Elodie, Nicolas, and Hugo, the third generation of winemakers in their family, now oversee the Serveaux family estate, which encompasses 15 hectares of vineyards that were originally planted by their grandfather, Georges Serveaux, during the 1950s. Situated in the charming town of Passy-sur-Marne, alongside the picturesque Marne river, the Serveaux family holds a special appreciation for their renowned Pinot Meunier, the noble variety of the Marne valley.

This Brut non-vintage cuvée has been produced by Champagne Serveaux since the 1970s. This release is made from fruit from the 2017 (20%) and 2018 (80%) harvests, in proportions of 60% Chardonnay and 20% each of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Vins Clairs of each variety were vinified traditionally in stainless steel vats, with partial malolactic fermentation, then blended and bottled for seondary fermentation and 36 months of ageing on lees. The wine was disgorged in October of 2022 and topped up with a dosage of 6g/L.

Official Tasting Notes
White peach, pear and brioche on the nose, with lovely, sweet biscuity and pear flavours. A persistant and gentle mousse complements the fresh, lively palate.
