Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut 75Cl

A fantastic sparkling wine from Cloudy Bay, with grapes sourced from vineyards in the Wairau Valley in Marlborough. The Chardonnay brings citrus and pear notes, and the Pinot Noir brings berries and savoury notes. All balanced with lovely brioche and grilled bread notes from 2 years ageing on the lees.

Fresh and bright, it is brilliant at the start of a meal.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose –  Fresh and fruity, with pear and citrus coming from the use of Chardonnay, balanced with savoury notes of toasted brioche from the Pinot Noir.

Palate –  Crisp and toasty, with creamy notes and nutty notes. A rich texture, while being lovely and dry. Delicious.
