Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry

This exquisite dry vermouth was first released in 2021 to celebrate Cocchi's 130th Anniversary. A dry base wine made from Piedmontese Cortese (the variety in Gavi di Gavi) was fortified and infused with a selection of botanicals including Wormwood (100% sourced from Piedmonte), Peppermint, Lemon peel, Coriander seeds, Angelica root and Cardamom.

Naturally, this makes a delicious Martini, but is also sublime served neat over ice or with tonic or soda.
