Cocchi Dopo Teatro is a hybrid between vermouth and amaro, intended as a digestif or "evening vermouth" as the producers put it. Given it's scale and ubiquity, it is easy to forget that Casa Martini of Torino (Turin) remains one of the great and venerable companies of Italian artisans, dating back as far as 1847.
Aged for 11 months in American white oak, Herradura Reposado combines their classic notes of cooked agave with high quality vanilla and butter notes.
