Cramele Recas Calusari Pinot Grigio 2023

An easy going and good value but well structured Pinot Grigio.

Philip and Elvira Cox of Cramele Recas have worked hard in recent years to modernise and improve their winery. The result is a state of the art winemaking haven, where world class winemakers are hosted each vintage to share techniques and innovations.

Pinot Grigio from the region of Viile Timisului is gently crushed and vacuum pressed at a low temperature, before resting the juice in stainless steel tanks for 3 days to stablise and clarify. The juice is then fermented for 3 weeks and undergoes a period of ageing on fine lees before bottling.
