Daddy Rack Small Batch Tennessee Straight Whiskey

Daddy Rack is a small batch straight Tennessee Whiskey, with each batch being made up of 20 barrels selected by the Daddy Rack team. The mashbill is 80% locally grown corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. The spirit is quite fruity, and this comes through due to less powerfully charred barrels.

Maple charcoal filtered, excellent neat, over ice or in a cocktail.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose –   Maple, honey, light oak and caramelised banana.

Palate –   Smooth and buttery mouthfeel, roasted apple and banana fruit leads onto vanilla and a hint of nutmeg.

Finish –  Rich and warm, salted popcorn.
