2007 11 Year Old Rare Find 50.4% 70cl

Dalmore Distillery north of Inverness produces a powerful single malt, that works well in sherry casks. Not often independently bottled, the team at Rare Find have aged this Dalmore in a refill bourbon hogshead, before being finished for 5 and a half months in an Oloroso sherry octave. You can see from the colour that the finishing cask has had quite an impact.
