Damien Pinon Vouvray Les Perruches Demi-Sec 2020

Hand harvested fruit from 30 year old vines, fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees for 6 months in barrel to add texture. Malolactic fermentation is prevented to preserve a beautiful tart acidity which balances the 10g/L residual sugar.
