Cascara Vermouth 21% 50cl

A vermouth made using the cascara fruit, which is the discarded fruit from the coffee berry. This fruit has been mainly wasted in the production of coffee over the years, but the team at Discarded spotted the potential for this fruit to be used to make vermouth as it is a deep red colour, with a rich fruity flavour. A great product for trying to avoid waste. Brilliant in Negronis and Manhattans.
