Pouilly Fume Harmonie 2022 13.5% 75cl

One of the great Domaines of Pouilly-Fumé, with 30 hectares of vines spread across 6 towns in the 7 designations of Pouilly-Fumé - including some of the very best holdings at Les Berthieres. This wine is made from a blend of fruits from a number of these sites, with vines ageing from 23 to 30 years, predominantly calcareous, kimeridgian and portlandian marls, but with a good proportion from flint clay soils. The juice was fermented at 16-18°C in stainless steel.
