Tropical, mineral and spicy all at once, while retaining a classy Alsatian elegance - An absolutely transcendent pairing with thai massaman curry.

A classic Gentil d'Alsace blend of Pinot Blanc (50%), Pinot Gris (25%) and Gewurztraminer (25%) which are biodynamically farmed on the sandy limestone soils of the valley below the village of Katzenthal. The fruit co-vinified, with gentle pressing followed by fermentation in cask by native yeasts.
