Domaine Klur Le Katz Noisette Gewurztraminer 2021

Concentrated and generous, bursting with tropicality and classic Gewurz rose petals - Hugely versatile for food pairing. You could even get away with a fruit pastry.

100% Gewurztraminer from roughly 50 year old vines grown on the clay and limestone soils of the valley below the village of Katzenthal. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented in casks by native yeasts.

Staff Tasting Notes
Pure, textural and beautifully expressive, with rose, mango and lychee. Round and full on the palate with just a touch of residual sugar and a long and spicy finish.

A golden yellow colour and a captivating rose, pickled mango and lychee aroma which is well balanced on the palate with a touch of residual sugar and excellent acidity. A surprisingly lengthy finish. Semi-dry!
