Domaine Klur Les Katz 'Le Capitaine' Riesling Sec 2021

Riesling from biodynamically farmed 30 year old vines grown on the granite soils of the slopes below Katzenthal. The winemaking is hands-off, with the fruit fermented in casks using native yeasts.
