Pinot Gris Clos Windsbuhl 2016 75cl

Pale gold green colour. The nose reflects both the influence of the rocky limestone geology and the reductive vinification of full fermenting on lees until bottling. It is tight, almost lean & quite strict, but shows citrus fruit, wet stone and minerals. The palate has saline acidity and a fantastic mineral balance. The finish is long & delicate. What a great wine!
