From Destileria Serrallés in Puerto Rico, Don Q Anejo begins with a multiple-distillation technique, followed by carbon filtration, before being matured in American oak casks. A blend of 3-8 year old maturing casks make up the final rum, with the extra age over their standard gold version lending a deeper oaky vanilla and tobacco note - making this a perfect rum for sipping neat.
