Cristal White Rum 40% 70cl

From Destileria Serrallés in Puerto Rico, Don Q Cristal uses a multiple-distillation system to give their white rum an extra clean and smooth feel. The spirit is then rounded off further by maturation in American white oak casks for 1.5 to 5 years, before being carbon filtered to strip out the colour and impurities. An excellent rum for spirit-led cocktails like the classic Daiquiri or a Mojito.
