Don Q Double Aged Vermouth Cask Rum

Something a little different from Destileria Serrallés of Puerto Rico; this double matured version of Don Q is matured for 5 to 8 years in American white oak barrels before being transferred to Mancino Vecchio vermouth casks made from Italian oak, for a 6-week finishing period. The sweet vermouth cask influence combines with the aged Don Q profile to give a complex medley of cherries, raisins, dark chocolate, honey, and oaky vanilla.
