Eden Mill Original Gin

Eden Mill Distillery, just on the edge of St Andrews, make an intriguing range of whiskies and gins. This is their original gin, made from locally foraged sea buckthorn for a nice dash of berry fruitiness, with a good amount of citrus from the lemon balm and citrus peel. At 42% it is slightly stronger than other gins, allowing it to stand up in cocktails and mixed drinks.
