Egly Ouriet Champagne Brut Les Premices

A new cuvee in the Egly-Ouriet range. 'Les Premices' is from a single 3.5 hectare parcel in the village of Trigny. This is equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from vines averaging 40 years of age. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with 36 months on lees. Like all of his cuvees, this doesn't undergo malolactic fermentation and is bottled with a dosage of 1g/L. This release is a blend of the 2016 and 2017 vintages.
