100% Pinot Noir from the 'Les Crayères' vineyard, planted in 1946. Fermented and aged in oak (15% new) for 72 months on lees and bottled with a dosage of 2g/L.

Staff Tasting Notes
A memorable, full bodied, fleshy and powerful Blanc de Noirs. The mousse is beautifully refined and the taut linear acidity carries the long, lively, mouthwatering finish. This is a masterclass in fine winemaking.
