El Jolgorio Pechuga Mezcal

Pechuga is a type of mezcal which is drank during celebrations in Mexico. Roasted and smoked agave is mashed, fermented and distilled. What makes pechuga different is they add freshly harvested fruit and spices in the still for the 2nd distillation, and a large turkey is hung in the stills. Pechuga is one of the rarest and most unusual spirits we have in our shops.
