Bottled straight from the cask, with minimal filtration, this is the Equipo Navasas "I think" Manzanilla En Rama. Brilliant with seafood, oysters and tapas, it has great acidity, and a coastal note. Aged for 4 and a 1/2 years in sherry oak, it combines minerality, complexity and weight.

Official Tasting Notes
A fine Manzanilla that's powerfully aromatic. Fresh, with a salty tang and plenty of acidity together with a very satisfying lemon twist to the finish. A natural product with plenty of colour, weight and concentration.
