1 of 1050 bottles, this is a Fine Bois 2011 Cognac from Fanny Fougerat. A collaboration between this Cognac maker, a Jarnac based Cooperage, a 3 Michelin Star Chef and an Oyster Farm. A combination of fruit, and oily maritime notes from the specially coopered and stored casks (the oak staves were sprayed with sea salt before coopering).
