Fyne Ales Mills & Hills Imperial Stout

Fyne Ales, in collaboration with the folks from De Molen Brewery, wanted to create a hugely complex, dark, big imperial stout. Mills and Hills was born. With dark roasted malt, and plenty of hops, this shows fruitcake notes in amongst the malty notes.

Official Tasting Notes:

On top of a robust malt backbone, rich fruitcake flavours and smooth treacle sweetness deliver waves of flavour before a warming finish that lingers pleasantly.
