Slow distilled and aged in a mixture of sherry casks, and first fill/refill bourbon casks, Glengoyne 12 has bright fruity apple notes, coconut, citrus, sherry, and gingerbread notes. The distillery is not far from Glasgow, sitting right on the line between the Highlands and Lowlands (in terms of whisky making).
