Le Chemin des Moines is a French herbal liqueur that is artisinally crafted by Distillerie De Grandmont. The name can be translated as "The Monk's Path," and recalls days gone by when herbal concoctions served religious and medical purposes. Made with organic grain spirit and a secret blend of wild herbs and spices , it is perfect as a digestif, but also excels in cocktails like the classic Bijou.

Official Tasting Notes
The palate offers a silky smooth texture with notes of angelica, wildflowers, fresh grass, zesty verbena and honey, along with a subtle hint of turmeric, culminating in a subtle smoky camphor finish that fades to blackcurrant leaf.
