Irish Gin 43% 50cl

Along with its name, Gunpowder tea lends this gin a floral, peppery spice. Classic gin botanicals are added to the still directly, while the tea joins Chinese lemon, Oriental grapefruit and Kaffir limes in the still's upper basket, to infuse the vapours with a complex citrus burst, which plays off the spice in the final gin.
