Bodegas Lustau Fino Del Puerto

Fresh, clean and with a touch more acidity than most, with notes of bread dough, almonds and a subtle coastal salinity - Beautiful as an aperitif or with sashimi.

The Palamino is fermented to dryness and aged biologically, under a layer of yeast (the flor), with fractional blending in soleras in the port town of Puerto de Santa Maria. At the time of bottling, this Fino has an average age of 5 years.

Official Tasting Notes
Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound “flor” aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.
