Bodegas Lustau Oloroso Don Nuno

Intense and concentrated with notes of toasted walnut, oxidised apple and dark chocolate which lead towards a long finish with a tang of cleansing acidity - A classic pairing for Jamon Iberico, but this pairs extremely well with blue stilton as well.

Palamino fino is fermented to dryness and fortified to prevent the formation of flor. The wine is aged oxidatively in a solera system with regular fractional blending at Bodega La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera. At the time of bottling, the sherry has an average age of 12 years.

Pungent nutty aromas with a smoky wood background. Rich flavours of bitter chocolate, walnuts and baked chestnuts.
