Sipon Mea Pet Nat 75cl

A gorgeous example of Slovenian sparkling wine. This is made from over 40 year old Sipon (the Slovenian name for Furmint) vines. All of which are farmed biodynamically with no chemicals used in the vineyard by young winemaker Matija Zerjav. He runs his vineyard under the ideology of using only what nature gives, and this motto is clear to see in the wines each being a real expression of the region in which they are grown.
