Maxime Trijol blend different ages of Cognac, none younger than 6 years old, to create this XO. Classic Cognac, double distilled, Maxime Trijol oversea each part of the process from distillation to bottlling.

Official Tasting Notes
Amber-mahogany robe with golden and coppery highlights. Beautiful brilliance. The nose is supple with floral notes of iris and jasmine, and spice with hazelnut, vanilla, and wood. The attack is supple, silky and voluptuous. Intense, round aromas of flowers and fruit marmalade with developing mellowed wood. This is a magnificent, classy cognac, rich in appealing flavours with lovely, balanced aromatic persistence.
