Pensador has created a series of small batch mezcal to showcase rare, wild agaves, many of which can be quite scarce. This first edition of the series is hand crafted with 100% organic, wild Tepextate agave which is roasted and hardwood smoked in an earthen ground oven before being distilled in a refrescador equipped alembic copper still.
